The basic structure of an aluminum barrier laminate consists of three parts: An outer aluminum sheet, an inner aluminum sheet, and an intermediate insulation layer.

Aluminum barrier laminates typically undergo surface treatments, such as spraying or anodizing, to adapt to different climatic conditions. The inner aluminum sheet is primarily designed for connection and fixation to the building's internal structure. The intermediate insulation layer often uses materials such as polyurethane foam or rock wool, which have low thermal conductivity and effectively reduce heat transfer.

Aluminum itself is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, making it suitable for use in various environments. The thickness and material type of the insulation layer can be adjusted according to actual needs to achieve different insulation effects.
