ABL tubes are packaging containers made from aluminum foil and plastic film through a co-extrusion composite process, then processed into a tubular shape using a specialized tube-making machine. Their typical structure is PE/PE+EAA/AL/PE+EAA/PE. ABL tubes are primarily used for cosmetic packaging where hygiene and barrier properties are critical. Their barrier layer is aluminum foil.
High Barrier Properties: Aluminum foil possesses light-resistant, oxygen-resistant, and water-resistant properties. This prevents external substances from entering the cosmetic product, preventing oxidation and deterioration. It also prevents moisture, fragrances, and other ingredients from diffusing out of the tube, thus ensuring the quality of the cosmetic.
Low Cost: To achieve the same barrier performance, ABL tubes use less material than PBL tubes and PE extruded tubes, resulting in lower costs and better economic efficiency.
