ABL tubing consists of a multi-layered composite structure. The inner layer is made of polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), directly contacting the contents to ensure safety.
The middle layer is aluminum foil, providing oxygen and light barrier functions. The outer layer is made of polyester (PET) or other plastics, used for printing patterns and brand logos.
This structure combines the barrier properties of metal with the flexibility of plastic. The wall thickness is typically controlled between 0.3-0.5mm, ensuring resilience under pressure without increasing cost due to excessive thickness.
For example, the 100ml size, with a main body diameter of 40mm and a length of 140mm, is suitable for single-use applications of most facial cleansers, sunscreens, and similar products.
